I’d like to order samples to see if they match other accessories in my home – can I return them if they're not suitable?

Simply order your preferred product – you can return unwanted items easily. If returned undamaged, you will receive a full refund.

Will all finishes match for different products?

Selected finishes between collections do match, however please contact us if you are looking to mix between collections, and we can guide you. Where applicable, matching products will be shown alongside each item.

Are your products suitable for exterior use?

Our products are designed for internal use strictly.

How do I know if the supplied screws will be the right size for my cupboards?

We recommend that 4-5mm of the screw is in the handle after inserting through the door. Where applicable, products are supplied with 25mm long M4 machine screws, which are suitable for doors between 19-21mm thick. For thicker or thinner doors, we offer a range of screw lengths which can be purchased here

How do I measure or fit handles?

If your doors are pre-drilled and you are looking for a simple replacement, measure from the centre of one hole to the centre of the other and use our simple filter tool on the ‘Products’ tab to explore the handles that will fit your existing hole spacing. If you are needing to drill new holes, our products will require a 4.2-4.5mm hole for clearance. Simply measure your centre hole(s) accurately using masking tape and a pencil, and then screw your hardware in securely. We recommend using a hand screwdriver, rather than a drill when fitting the handles to avoid stripping the thread.

How do I clean Hendel & Hendel products?

Unless stated, all products are lacquered. If cleaning is required, we recommend cleaning with a damp soft cloth, and ensuring the handles are dried properly after. Do not use abrasive cloths, cleaning sprays, bleaches or detergents as this will cause deterioration of the lacquer/decorative finish and will invalidate the product guarantee.

How do I know if you have stock of an item?

We aim to have stock available of all products however there may be an occasion we are awaiting our next batch. If this is the case, you will be able to order, but an ‘Out Of Stock’ message will show. Once your order is placed, our team will confirm an expected delivery date. If you are unsure, please email us at and we’ll be happy to help.

Do you offer discounts or trade accounts?

For those who work within the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom or interior industries, you can apply for a trade account with us here. Our team will be in touch once your application is received.

How do I track my order?

Tracking progress will be visible 12 hours after despatch from us. You can check the status of your order through your account, and a tracking link is also provided on your despatch confirmation. If you have any questions relating to delivery of your order, please contact along with your order reference.

What delivery options do you offer?

Do I need to be at home to receive my delivery?

If applicable to your order, delivery charges are non-refundable.
