The Chicago Project
"The Chicago Project speaks to the philosophy that considered details truly anchor a space. To see our hardware within such a beautifully layered interior is both a privilege and a reminder that exceptional design transcends continents. In a home as historic and special as 1823 N. Lincoln Park West, every detail is intentionally crafted to honour its unique character. "

Project Details
Designed to celebrate texture and subtle grandeur, The Chicago Project brings our signature British hardware into a fresh and open American context. Located on one of the Old Town’s most beautiful, exclusive tree-lined blocks, this light-filled home is an elegant union of clean architectural lines and warm, tactile detail.
Key features within this incredible space include a walnut-panelled coffered ceiling, a soft-grain oak kitchen island, white dove cabinetry paired with marble countertops, a walk-in butler’s pantry, and a cosy breakfast nook.
The space harmoniously balances hand-painted white dove cabinetry with contrasting aged hardware and a natural marble worktop.
The entryway welcomes you with geometric tile flooring, practical bench seating, and rich Oil Rubbed Bronze hooks.

HARDWARE DETAILS
Throughout the kitchen and butler’s pantry, our Greenwich Collection in Oil Rubbed Bronze offers crisp proportions and an aged finish, providing a strong, tactile counterpoint to the softness of the woodwork.
In the entryway, our Farnham hook, also in Oil Rubbed Bronze, with their curved profile and heritage detailing, are a subtle nod to British styling traditions, reinterpreted for a modern American interior.
