How do I return unwanted items?

If the products are unsuitable for your project, you can return your order for free within 30 days of receipt of order, providing they are completely unused, in the original packaging for resale.

To return products to us, please visit your account. If your order is returned to us without using our returns form, a credit will not be processed.

Once we receive your returns form, you will be contacted by email with a label attached. You will need to print this and affix to the parcel, along with the original delivery note and then take the parcel to your nearest Post Office.

Upon receipt of your order to our returns department, the items will be inspected and processed for a credit.  If applicable to your original order, delivery charges are non refundable. Once the goods have arrived back to us, please allow 5-10 business days to receive funds back into your account.

 

How do I report a damages or defects?

In the unlikely event you have received a damaged or faulty item please email us immediately on hello@hendelandhendel.co.uk, providing images and a brief description, and we’ll resolve this quickly.
