The hand-applied wax coating will require maintenance if you wish to retain the lighter golden tone. We recommend buffing with Carnauba wax every 4-5 weeks to maintain the appearance, or alternatively, the finish will oxidise and age over time.

UK Mainland Delivery
Our standard delivery service is via Royal Mail Group and will arrive 1-2 working days after despatch.

Free standard delivery on all orders over £100. £5.99 delivery charge applicable to all orders under £100.

Our standard delivery service to Northern Ireland is via Royal Mail Group and will arrive 3-5 working days after despatch.
Delivery Charges
Free standard delivery applies to all orders over £300. A delivery charge of £18 applies to all orders under £300.
When will you ship my order?
We’ll aim to dispatch your order same day if ordered before 5pm.
Orders received over the weekend or on Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.
We will contact you if for any reason there is an issue with dispatching your order.
Do you offer International Delivery?
If you require delivery outside of mainland UK or Northern Ireland please contact hello@hendelandhendel.co.uk detailing your product requirements and location and we’ll see how we can assist.
Sometimes delays will be unavoidable due to circumstances outside of our control. We carry out regular reviews of our shipping partners to ensure we deliver world class levels of customer service.

How do I return unwanted items?
If the products are unsuitable for your project, you can return your order for free within 30 days of receipt of order, providing they are completely unused, in a original packaging for resale.
To return products to us, our returns form must be used. If your order is returned to us without using our returns form, a credit will not be processed.
Once we receive your returns form, you will be contacted with a label which must be affixed to the parcel, along with the original delivery note and then taken to your nearest Post Office.
Upon receipt of your order to our returns department, the items will be inspected and processed for a credit. If applicable to your original order, delivery charges are not applicable. Once the goods have arrived back to us, please allow 5-10 business days to receive funds back into your account.
How do I report a damages or defects?
In the unlikely event you have received a damaged or faulty item please email us immediately on hello@hendelandhendel.co.uk, providing images and a brief description, and we’ll resolve this quickly.

Unless stated, all products are lacquered. If cleaning is required, we recommend cleaning with a damp soft cloth, and ensuring the handles are dried properly after.
Do not use abrasive cloths, cleaning sprays, bleaches or detergents as this will cause deterioration of the lacquer/decorative finish and will invalidate the product guarantee.
