Choosing the right hardware 

Style and Aesthetics: 

The first step in choosing cabinet hardware is to consider the overall style and aesthetics of your space. Are you going for a modern, traditional, rustic, or minimalist look? Your hardware should complement and enhance the existing design elements.

Material and Finish: 

Cabinet hardware comes in a wide range of materials and finishes, each contributing to a unique look and feel. Typically, the materials used to create handles are Brass, Zamac and Aluminium.  Collections made from brass are the heaviest and most expensive material of the three. Zamac has a lower percentage of copper than Brass, which means it's usually more affordable and somewhat lighter than Brass, but still gives a tactile feel and high-quality finish.  Aluminium has a significantly lower density than other metals meaning it is significantly lighter in weight, but the finishing and design of the product can still be second-to-none.

When choosing a finish, consider the existing finishes in your space, such as faucets, lighting fixtures, and visible appliances, to ensure a cohesive design.

Fitting your hardware

Unless stated, all of our hardware collections suit 4mm machine screws. You can purchase M4 Machine Screws by clicking here. Choosing the correct screw length is easy, simply measure the door depth and add 5mm to ensure the screw is fastened with the handle correctly.

Insert the screws through the pre-drilled holes and use a screwdriver to tighten the screws securely.  Be careful not to overtighten, as this could strip the screw or handle.
